Most chocolate orders arrive in 1 to 3 working days* but this is not a guaranteed service
and some items could take

DELIVERY - Chocolate orders normally despatched same day by expedited signed for airmail
if received before 3pm UK time*. Most items arrive in 2 to
6 working days depending on destination *, but this is not a guaranteed service
and some items could take longer.

An email confirmation/Receipt containing
your order no is sent for every chocolates order, please quote this in any correspondence, if you
don't receive one please contact us for a copy. MULTIPLE DELIVERY
ADDRESSES: You may buy multiple in a single
order to one delivery address, for delivery
to more than one address a separate chocolate order will need to be made
for each address. Alternatively, you may make a single order for
multiple chocolates and, quoting your order no, email us a list of addresses itemising who gets what along with any messages to be
sent with the chocolates. Note: With International or UK guaranteed
chocolate deliveries the charges shown in our shopping cart are
for delivery to a single address and additional charges
may apply, these will be notified for your approval
prior to shipping. DISCOUNTS: Discounts based on
order value are automatically deducted for
chocolate orders over
£100. VOUCHERS: Discount and Special Offer vouchers can be redeemed by entering the voucher code
into the 'VOUCHERS' box provided on the first page of
checkout.
PAYMENT: All
chocolate prices are in UK Pounds
Sterling. We
accept payment by UK Bank Cheque or Credit Card, e.g. MasterCard,
Visa, Electron, Switch, Solo, Delta etc we regret we cannot accept AMEX.
